We built a solution that uses AI voice agents to call suppliers, check inventories, and capture quotes automatically - transforming a tedious manual process into an effortless automated workflow.

The Challenge

Auto body shops waste countless hours every week calling suppliers to find parts. The traditional process involves making multiple phone calls, waiting on hold, manually comparing prices, and tracking down hard-to-find components. This inefficiency directly impacts repair cycle times and customer satisfaction.

Our Solution

We developed an intelligent parts sourcing system powered by Retell AI. The platform allows shops to simply enter vehicle and part details, then our AI handles everything else - making calls to local suppliers, checking stock availability, capturing quote details, and presenting options in a clean dashboard for easy comparison and ordering.
